About Us

I'm Earl Nicholson Simmons, founder of the Full Circle Empowerment Temple. Our vision is collective uplift. The Book of A black and white image of the logo for hcan.® is our foundational document. We raise our boys to be high-value men and our women to be value-added. It's biblical in the sense that Eve was created from Adams rib. But it's more like love is law and family is business.

Full Circle Empowerment is temple is what the Synagog is to the Jewish community. But it's specifically for American Descendants of Slavery. American Descendants of Slavery are people who had family enslaved in the United States between 1776 and 1865. Unlike Negro or Black by definition, American Descendants of Slavery connects us to our country, culture, and our profound heritage.

This book is a revelation of who we be as it relates to race, ethnicity, genealogy, nationality, geography, cosmology, and the nature of God. It's kinda like 2Pac’s Code of T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E. in the sense that the hate you give little infants fucks everybody. But it's more like Robert Greene's 48 Laws of Power in its classic sense that power is the ability to define yourself in such a way that your definition becomes the definition inside your circle of influence like gender-neutral and gender-inclusive pronouns.

American Descendants of Slavery is a paradigm shift away from minimizing who we are by race towards defining our tribe by the depth and breath of our lineage. Race is a lie, lineage is the truth. Race was made-up to  validate the pseudoscience of eugenics; it's not scientific, anthropological, or sound doctrine. Race is bigotry disguised as biology. Lineage tells us who we are and who were not and the significance of our contributions to the wealthiest country in the world.

Technology is driving our country into its fourth industrial revolution. Between artificial intelligence and augmented reality, it's easy to get lost on the blockchain and caught-up in the Internet of things. But we must always remember and never forget that America's first industrial revolution was human. There would be no United States and no Founding Fathers of the United States like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, Samuel Adams, Richard Henry Lee, James Madison, or Patrick Henry. without the Foundational Mothers and Fathers who built the country. They were the economic engine that made America great for colonizers, Ellis Islanders, and new immigrants. Even if you came chasing a dream and got a raw deal, that’s not how we got here.

Our story starts on the first day the first man and the first woman were broken into submission, body, mind, and spirit. A new tribe was born like a baby taking its first breath. Baptized by fire and purified in the crucible of the North American wilderness for 246 years. We were stripped of many customs, religions, cultures, and false gods to be reformed as the body of Christ. It culminates in the United States during the ‘Great Gathering of Scattered Men.’ But it begins to come-forth in Genesis 11 KJV when humanity was one people. They had one speech, one language and lived in one central location.

Theologians, scholars, and intellectuals contemplate the reasons why, but the fact remains, God confounded our language so we could not understand each other’s speech, divided us into seventy tribes, and dispersed those tribes around the world, across land and sea. Each piece was set apart as part of the human genome puzzle. They were scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians whose knowledge, wisdom and understanding eclipses the modern scientific movement. Separated by geography, the four elements, language, remote terrains, and harsh environments they fell away from themselves in nature, form and function. The genetic diversity they lost through tribal isolation in Africa, then migrating out of Africa through the African-Arabian Peninsula into Southeast Asia and Europe has been restored to us in America.

You are more than you know, and our enemies know who you are. We have the God given ability and collective epigenetic memory to create anything we can imagine. That's why so much time, energy and multigenerational effort has been committed to the disruption of our natural development. The trials, tribulations, afflictions and atrocities we go through is not about a perpetual curse, a broken covenant or not knowing how to win friends and influence people. It's about the massive amounts of failure force-fed into our lives by white identity extremist racial terrorist and complicit opportunist. Our fight is against flesh and bone just as much as any darkness or principality.

We have a unique lineage with a specific social, economic and spiritual justice claim, unlike any other group. Political terms like minority or people of color, rob us of our rich history and disconnect us from our collective identity. If you can't see yourself you can only act out of lostness or a sense of not knowing and never self-actualize to reach your full potential.

Identity is the most powerful force of human nature. The way we see ourselves not only determines how we think, feel, and act. It also connects us to the past, anchors us in the present, and gives us a clear point of reference to measure growth and progress. Identity is a fact of being who we are, and it doesn't change with time, place, lived experience, opinion or on a whim.

Were not singularly European, Asiatic or African. We are a Trans-Atlantic D.N.A. mashup of Japhetic, Hamitic, and Semitic peoples. Americans by birth, descendants of slavery by lineage, which means we have blood equity in every brick. Ideologies that promote race-first consciousness strip away two thirds of our humanity in the same way that we were previously reduced to to three-fifths. A false narrative of who we are will have us searching for ourselves in foreign lands or fictitious places, chasing red, black and green pipe-dreams like were not already home.

Ethnically, we represent the most diverse population on the planet and are the only people genetically native to this country, while everyone else traces their roots to somewhere else. This results in compounded nationalities such as Anglo, Italian, Irish, Portuguese, German, Mexican, Cuban, Puerto Rican, Dominican, Guatemalan, Haitian, Jamaican, and Ethiopian American, each with its own homeland and heritage. In contrast, our origins lie in the thirteen colonies—Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. We were shaped on plantations and breeding farms by divine design, through the historical sin of scattered men, as a testament to God's power and presence.

Our ancient ancestry is the genealogy of Cush, Mizraim, Phut, Canaan, Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, Aram, Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Meshech, Tiras, Tubal, Ashkenaz, Riphath, Togarmah, Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, Dodanim, Sheba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, Sabtechah, Deban, Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim, Pathrusim, Casluhim, Sidon, Heth, Uz, Hul, Gether, Mash, Salah, Eber, Peleg, Joktan, Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Obal, Abimael, Sheba, Ophir, Havilah, Jacob, Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Joseph, and Benjamin. The Bible is more than a story about a king, a kingdom, and a royal family. We are the root and the fruit. The bible is our family tree.

Biblically, we are the full circle completion of the ‘Table of Nations.’ The multitude of tribes we used to be have been amalgamated into a renewed branch of the human species. Never prophesized in the Sumerian tablets, the Mahabharata, the Bhagavad Gita, the Bardo Thodol, the Tanakh, the Quran, the Old and New Testament or predicted in any religious text. Our existence is unwritten scripture.
